Scope note: 7,373 of 7,401 procedures and 2,371 of 2,380 views are encrypted, so their logic could not be reviewed — findings about routines cover the 28 readable ones plus what the metadata reveals. Nothing here was executed against production beyond read-only catalog and aggregate queries, and no credential or card value was read out of the database.
